The Robins

Ground floor
The entrance vestibule leads to a lounge and a large kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine. All cutlery, crockery and pans are included. Also included on the ground floor is a single bedroom suitable for the elderly or infirm and a seperate bathroom with a bath with shower WC and basin.

The lounge is a open plan room with beautiful views of both the front and rear gardens. The French style stone fireplace houses a log burning stove (logs provided free of charge). Also provided is a VCR and a TV receiving Sky Freeview channels.

First floor
The Robins sleeps up to 7 people. There are 2 large family bedrooms. The master bedroom has a KINGSIZE bed and a single bed. This also has en suite facilities with a shower cubicle. The second bedroom has a double bed with an additional single bed. A cot and a highchair are also available.

Heating
There are electric convector heaters in all rooms and a wood burning stove in the lounge.

Bedding
All duvets and pillows are provided. GUESTS MUST PROVIDE BED LINEN, TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS
NB - THE ROBINS HAS A KING SIZE BED IN MAIN BEDROOM.
