Ground floor
The entrance vestibule leads to the lounge and a large kitchen. A seperate cloakroom incorporates a WC and a washbasin. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and washing machine. All cutlery, crockery and pans are included
.
The Large Lounge has beautiful views of the gardens both front and back. there are original beams and large french style fireplace with a wood burning stove (wood provided) the tv has english freeview and a VCR is also provided.
First floor
The Jays sleeps up to 10 people. There are 4 double bedrooms (one with twin beds), two which are family rooms with an additional single bed. A cot and a highchair are also available. A seperate bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
Heating
There are electric convector heaters in all rooms and a wood burning stove in the lounge.
Bedding
All duvets and pillows are provided. GUESTS MUST PROVIDE BED LINEN, TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS.
